“The Great Gatsby” is a movie based on the novel by F. Scott Fitzgerald. It stars Leonardo DiCaprio, Carey Mulligan, and Tobey Maguire. It is set in New York in the 1920s, where bond-seller Nick Carraway, recounts how he was lured into the lavish world of his neighbor, Jay Gatsby. Soon enough, however, Carraway would see through the cracks of Gatsby's nouveau riche existence, where obsession, madness, and tragedy awaited.
The movie has won two Academy Awards for Best Production Design and Best Costume Design. It has also won two BAFTA awards as well as gotten recognition from around the world.
