Welcome to Narva Central Library! We offer the following services:
• Printing and copying documents required for applications to government institutions, job searches, and educational purposes (up to 20 pages per month free of charge);
• Meeting and socializing with fellow Ukrainians in a welcoming and friendly environment;
• Borrowing books and magazines to take home or reading them in the library in Ukrainian, Estonian, English, and Russian;
• Information and assistance in Estonian, English, Ukrainian, and Russian;
• Access to public computers, free Wi-Fi, and assistance from an IT specialist;
• Scanning, printing, and copying documents;
• Participation in library events, activities, and training courses.
For Children
Children are welcome in our Children's Department, where we offer:
• Books and magazines for all age groups;
• Educational toys and board games;
• Creative self-directed activities;
• Reading with a Reading Dog sessions;
• Children's animated films;
• Family Hour at the Library every Saturday.
All services are free of charge.
