In cooperation with local institutions and organizations that provide services for people with disabilities, including AS Hoolekandeteenused, the Narva Sotsiaaltöökeskus, Narva Parkinson Society (NGO), MTÜ Lapsele Oma Kodu, the East Estonia Association of the Blind, and Narva Hospital, Narva Central Library organizes events that introduce the library's services and promote literature, books, and reading.
